Responsabilidades principales

Liderazgo estratégico: conectar desafíos de negocio y marca con hallazgos estratégicos que detonen soluciones creativas relevantes, con fuerte enfoque digital, liderando equipos multidisciplinarios.
Liderazgo y gestión de equipos: organizar y movilizar al equipo de Draftline, asegurando claridad en prioridades, calidad de entregables, eficiencia y velocidad de respuesta.
Creative Planning: transformar datos, cultura y entendimiento del consumidor en insights accionables que abran territorios creativos potentes.
Gestión y crecimiento del negocio: ser owner del presupuesto anual y los targets de Draftline, liderar identificación, desarrollo y conversión de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
