About the role

Our client, a prestigious international school in Lima, is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to deliver the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) for its youngest learners. The role focuses on inquiry‑based and play‑based pedagogy, fostering holistic development in a supportive, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and assess inquiry‑driven, play‑based curriculum for Early Years students.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued.
• Collaborate with subject coordinators, specialist teachers and the student engagement department.
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and wellbeing.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Teaching degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience or familiarity with the IB Primary Years Programme is advantageous.
• Passion for nurturing curiosity, creativity and confidence in young children.
• Growth mindset, collaborative spirit and commitment to inclusive education.
