Entry-Level Sales Manager

About the role

This is an entry‑level Sales Manager position with a leading consumer goods company. Based in Chiclayo, you will work closely with retailers to increase product visibility and drive sales while developing your professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop commercial relationships with key customers in the market.
• Support the execution of sales strategies within your team and the broader organization.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team with clearly defined objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to nurture strong relationships and share important information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (decision authority, procure‑to‑pay) requirements.
• Travel frequently to Cajamarca as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder with a strong interest in sales.
• Analytical thinker and problem solver with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities, work effectively with diverse teams, and demonstrate creativity and initiative.
• Willingness to learn continuously and grow within a stable business environment.
