ERP Consultant – Hybrid (Lima, Peru)

About the role

The ERP Consultant will work with Caron Business Solutions’ clients in Peru and across the Americas to design, implement and support financial ERP systems, primarily Sage and Acumatica. The role blends technical expertise, analytical thinking and strong communication to help organisations streamline their finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through core financial workflows and ERP adoption.
• Implement, configure and support Sage and Acumatica ERP solutions.
• Participate in project teams, collaborating with internal and client stakeholders.
• Support project management activities and provide clear status updates.
• Train and coach finance and operations teams on system usage.
• Lead requirements‑gathering sessions and business process reviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with mid‑market ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica).
• Strong knowledge of accounting workflows, month‑end/year‑end closing, multi‑currency accounting and multi‑country consolidation.
