About the role

AECOM is seeking a Structural Design Specialist to join its Lima office. The professional will contribute to the design of major infrastructure and building projects, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with local and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design reinforced concrete, structural steel, mixed or other construction systems.
• Define foundation solutions based on site geotechnical conditions.
• Perform structural modeling and analysis using specialized software.

Required profile

• Professional degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Active professional registration.
• Desired: 15+ years of experience, postgraduate studies in structural engineering, proven experience with seismic isolation design in recent pre‑investment studies for new buildings or infrastructure.
