About the role
We are looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to become the trusted partner of the agency’s owner. This high‑trust position supports both professional and personal aspects of the founder’s life, helping to reduce friction and operational stress.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the owner’s personal and professional calendars, including appointments, family events, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for email, triaging priorities and handling urgent client communications.
- Coordinate task routing and assignment for internal technical and creative teams.
- Safely process company and personal credit‑card transactions, track minor accounting details, and make sensitive purchases.
- Interact directly with US‑based clients via email and phone, delivering clear and professional updates.
- Provide personal and family assistance, maintaining awareness of family schedules and requirements.
Required profile
- 4‑5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior Operations Support for US‑based CEOs or founders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or technical agency environments to ensure quick onboarding.
- Excellent written and spoken English with a high degree of discretion.
