Field Clinical Representative – Interventional Cardiology

About the role

The Field Clinical Representative (FCR) for Interventional Cardiology will drive commercial execution and provide clinical support in the catheterization laboratory across the assigned territory in Peru. Working as an individual contributor, the FCR combines in‑field presence with account development activities to expand the use of Boston Scientific’s interventional cardiology products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and execute account plans within the territory.
• Provide technical and procedural assistance during cath‑lab interventions, ensuring correct product usage.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product rotation for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and educational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in interventional cardiology.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders.
