Finance Manager – Lima, Peru

About the role

Endress+Hauser is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Lima office. The role ensures that financial and cost accounting are performed in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards, supporting the company’s growth in Peru.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local policies (signature, travel, expenses) and IFRS accounting standards.
• Meet reporting deadlines for month‑end, half‑year, and full‑year closings.
• Maintain master data for the Peru legal entity.
• Plan financial liquidity, identify risks and opportunities, and develop improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop the local controlling team, including administrators and interns.
• Prepare financial plans and manage tax compliance (direct and indirect).
• Oversee expenses, credit‑card and cash management.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and the regional controller in Panama.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; finance certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance department, preferably in an international environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong teamwork, self‑management, and structured approach.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics (experience with the system is a plus).
