Founder in Residence

About the role

As a Founder in Residence at Base360.ai, you will create and lead a new product or business vertical within the AI operating system for short‑term rental businesses. You will have the backing of funding, engineering, design, AI infrastructure and executive support to build a standalone venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential opportunities in short‑term rentals and define a new product or business vertical.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations with property managers and rental operators.
• Define product vision, strategy and go‑to‑market plan, and work alongside engineering, product, design and AI teams to launch quickly.
• Recruit, lead and grow a multidisciplinary team, owning growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Present progress to founders and executive team, aiming to achieve product‑market fit and recurring revenue.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and strong problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to recruit and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Highly analytical with strong execution capabilities and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
• Obsession with customers and building products people love.

Required skills

• Experience building products or businesses, preferably in AI, short‑term rentals, hospitality or prop‑tech.
• Ability to wear multiple hats across product, sales, marketing and operations.
