FP&A Analyst – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

Atlas Technica is seeking a proactive FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will translate financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
• Analyze financial data and deliver insights to guide strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on schedule.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to collect and interpret financial information.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform variance analysis.
• Assist in creating presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
