About the role
Visit.org is seeking a passionate Freelance In‑Person Event Host to lead interactive social‑impact experiences for corporate partners in Lima, Peru. You will be the face of each event, guiding participants through team‑building activities that support local nonprofits.
Key responsibilities
- Host engaging, purpose‑driven events that combine team‑building with social impact.
- Welcome, inspire, and keep participants energized throughout the program.
- Present events in partnership with a nonprofit or lead the entire session independently.
- Use storytelling to convey the impact of volunteers’ contributions.
- Provide clear, step‑by‑step instructions for activities.
- Attend 1‑4 preparatory meetings as needed before each event.
Required profile
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Lima, Peru and available to work on a per‑event contract basis.
- Strong background in event hosting, facilitation, and emceeing.
- Comfortable engaging both large audiences and small groups.
- Charismatic, energetic, and able to create a fun atmosphere.
