French Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our TalentPop App team remotely. You will provide voice and chat support in Spanish and English, helping a diverse customer base resolve issues quickly and positively.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries with professionalism.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
