French‑Speaking Retail Sales Associate (Cruise Ship)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Retail Sales Associate to join our onboard retail team. You will live and work on a cruise ship, travelling to various ports while representing premium and luxury brands in a dynamic, immersive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, memorable retail experiences to guests on board.
• Promote and sell a curated range of luxury products through in‑store events, fashion shows and presentations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and convey brand culture to customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to promotional activities.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the shop is well‑presented at all times.

Required profile

• Strong background in retail, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
• Fluent in French with excellent face‑to‑face communication skills.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
• Team player who adapts quickly to a changing environment.

• Product presentation and visual merchandising.
