Full-stack Software Developer – React.JS & .Net

About the role

We’re hiring a full‑stack developer to join our modernisation team and help build the Application Designer – an SDK‑style tool that lets users create and customise application screens on a new platform. This is an early‑stage product, so you’ll have the chance to shape its architecture and functionality from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and customise UI screens using TypeScript and React.
• Develop back‑end services in .NET/C# and define APIs that power the designer.
• Work with JSON Schema, YAML and other configuration‑driven specifications to drive UI and service bindings.
• Maintain and improve the monorepo build pipeline, CI/CD processes and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners and non‑technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and trade‑offs.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to generate, review and refine code.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn a new ERP domain.
• Ability to work asynchronously across time zones with clear written communication.
• Comfortable questioning unclear requirements and proposing better solutions.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership from design through delivery and validation.
