Fullstack Developer

About the role

Plan A Technologies is seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to design, build, and maintain both frontend and backend components of its applications. You will work remotely or from any of the company’s global offices, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high‑quality, production‑ready features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable, efficient frontend interfaces using React.
• Build high‑performance, scalable backend services with Node.js and micro‑service architecture.
• Define and implement communication protocols, including gRPC.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL relational database schemas.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve performance, and ensure high availability across the stack.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate complex requirements into robust solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience with Node.js and React.
• Strong background in building backend micro‑services and using gRPC.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
