General Manager – Peru

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our Peru office, ensuring the Lima site operates as a unified, high‑performing organization. The role empowers local decision‑making, fosters cross‑functional collaboration, and aligns execution with 24Slides’ global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create a shared vision and foster a collaborative “One Team” culture across the Peru office.
• Represent Peru on the 24Slides Global Leadership Team and contribute to the company’s global strategy.
• Provide leadership to the Design, Customer Support, and People Success & CSR teams.
• Strengthen cross‑department collaboration and remove barriers between teams.
• Drive local decision‑making while ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Oversee the People Success & CSR function, promoting culture and employee engagement.
• Act as the legal representative of the Peruvian entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Own the site’s budget and financial performance in partnership with Finance.
• Develop local leaders and enhance collaboration between Peru, Indonesia, and Denmark.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced/Fluent English for daily communication with global stakeholders.
• Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential.
• Strategic mindset with strong people‑leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across matrix organizations and lead through influence.
