Global CRM Assistant Manager (Seasonal, Maternity Leave Cover)

About the role

Aqua Expeditions is hiring a Global CRM Assistant Manager (maternity leave cover) based in Peru, reporting to the Global CRM Manager in Singapore. The role supports the development and delivery of customer relationship management strategies that strengthen customer acquisition and retention, improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, turn customer data into insights, and help teams make better business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support company-wide CRM strategies that increase customer value, improve guest satisfaction and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Improve customer knowledge through segmentation, data cleaning, record deduplication and data quality improvement.
• Gather user needs and work with the Global CRM Manager to design simpler workflows and views in Zoho CRM (layout rules, Canvas, Blueprints, Wizards).
• Act as first point of contact for daily CRM requests and train users across Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Propose improvements to customer data collection across all touchpoints, from Marketing and Sales to Reservations and Operations.
• Help create CRM reports tracking Marketing, Sales and Reservations performance and initiatives.
• Work with all departments, the Global CRM Manager and the technical development partner, and support transformation projects while keeping CRM documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Experience supporting CRM strategies, customer acquisition, retention or customer journey initiatives.
• Knowledge of CRM data management, including data cleaning, deduplication, segmentation and data quality.
• Ability to turn user needs into practical workflows and process improvements.
• Clear communication and training skills; collaborative, organized and service-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Experience using Zoho CRM and its features (layout rules, Canvas, Blueprints, Wizards)
• Ability to create and analyze CRM reports for Marketing, Sales and Reservations teams
