Global Product Line Manager – Screens

About the role

As the Global Product Line Manager for Screens, you will lead the worldwide product portfolio, driving revenue, operating income and profitability while supporting the company’s MissionZero ambition for zero‑emission mining.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Screens product line to achieve targeted OI, revenue, contribution margin and EBITA.
• Collaborate with R&D to shape the product development roadmap and launch new or improved solutions.
• Define and execute commercial strategies with regional teams and product specialists to grow profitable sales.
• Conduct market research, monitor trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Set and enforce global pricing policies aligned with corporate guidance.
• Work with sales, procurement and operations to optimise inventory, sourcing, manufacturing quality and cost.
• Lead the Service Line team, fostering accountability, development and employee engagement.
• Maintain and analyse global installed‑base data.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly regarded.
• Proven record of driving service‑business growth and developing global product strategies.
• Strong commercial, financial and legal acumen.
• Leadership experience with the ability to influence across functions.
• In‑depth knowledge of mining and minerals‑processing technology.
• Experience in contract management.
