Graduate Software Engineer (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for recent graduates to join our Early Careers program as Graduate Software Engineers across Latin America. Starting in Summer 2026, you will become part of RRS’s technology team, working on real production systems that support our real‑estate development and management services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain software components that enable core business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including architects, product owners and operations to deliver features on schedule.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions and continuous‑integration pipelines.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge‑sharing within the development community.
• Support the migration and improvement of legacy systems towards modern architectures.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in building production‑grade software and learning modern development practices.
• Alignment with RRS core values of integrity, caring, integration and innovation.
• Effective communication skills in English.
