Graphic Design Intern

About the role

Hytera is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support its Marketing, Sales, and Talent teams. The intern will create and adapt brand materials, taking briefs independently, asking the right questions, and delivering high‑quality work on schedule. The role blends traditional graphic design with AI‑driven content creation, requiring a strong eye for design and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design presentations, flyers, brochures, and social‑media assets that follow Hytera’s visual identity.
• Standardise modular templates in PowerPoint, Figma or Canva and build reusable kits for each campaign or vertical.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) to generate images, variations, and visual assets quickly.
• Create and adapt short video clips using AI and editing software, adding subtitles, lower thirds and simple motion graphics.
• Produce a high volume of content efficiently by combining design skills with AI acceleration.
• Provide visual support for events, including backdrops, signage and badges.
• Organise files, maintain naming conventions and version control.
• Edit images and photos as needed.

Required profile

• Active student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (final semesters).
• Portfolio that demonstrates typographic skill, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
• Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Illustrator, Photoshop, CoreDRAW, Canva and the broader Adobe Suite.
• Practical experience with AI design tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, cleanup/upscale utilities and prompt engineering with ChatGPT.
• Basic video‑editing or animation knowledge (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
