About the role
Ridge is looking for a proactive Graphic Designer to lead the visual development of digital campaigns, including promotional, holiday, and seasonal initiatives across web and retention channels. You will work closely with senior creative leaders and marketing teams to turn concepts into polished assets.
Key responsibilities
- Concept, design, and execute visuals for digital campaigns, promotional launches, and seasonal events.
- Develop and optimize graphics for online platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compatibility with web and mobile interfaces.
- Lead design work in Figma, building layouts, creating components, and collaborating in real‑time.
- Prepare mockups and final assets for e‑commerce pages, email templates, paid product pages, and web banners.
- Maintain an organized repository of design files with version control.
- Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming and visual strategy sessions.
- Uphold and evolve the visual identity, ensuring consistency in typography, layout, and color.
- Manage multiple deadlines while balancing speed and quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in DTC e‑commerce and digital marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam, with experience building design systems.
- Strong conceptual, visual communication, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
- Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality digital campaign work.
