About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Graphic Designer to join our Proof Team, responsible for creating production‑ready artwork proofs for promotional and customizable products. The role demands precision, speed, and a strong eye for detail to ensure flawless hand‑off to manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate artwork proofs for client approval.
• Prepare print‑ready files that meet all technical specifications, including sizing, bleed, color mode, and resolution.
• Maintain strict alignment with client brand guidelines.
• Review layouts for spacing, typography, and visual consistency.
• Manage multiple proofs daily while preserving quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Production teams to prevent errors and delays.

Required profile

• Detail‑obsessed and process‑driven.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
• Proactive in identifying potential production issues.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Reliable and accountable in a 24/7 operational environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
