Growth Analytics & Operations Lead

About the role

Haystack News, a fast-growing news streaming platform with over 40 million viewers and 400+ publishers, is hiring a Growth Analytics & Operations Lead in Lima. The role owns how Haystack measures paid growth and how the growth budget is spent, working day to day with the Growth Marketing lead, BD lead, data teammate and engineering. It is not a reporting role.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid growth measurement: AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, deep link tracking and CTV placements on Roku, Fire TV, Vizio and Samsung
• Design and automate reporting and dashboards for revenue, partnerships and campaigns in Snowflake and tools such as Google Ads and Meta
• Build LTV, CAC and payback models by platform and device, and run incrementality tests (holdout, geo, pre/post)
• Build and monitor A/B tests and experimentation frameworks with Product and Data teams
• Run budget operations: pacing, forecasting and reconciliation across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and CTV platforms, and automate routine bid and budget changes
• Do financial modeling and deal analysis, and recommend CPI and CAC for new opportunities
• Use AI tools daily to write and check queries, build automations and pull reports together

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering); advanced degree a plus
• 2 to 3 years in growth or marketing analytics, marketing operations or media buy operations, including at least 2 years in a paid acquisition team at a consumer app, streaming, media or gaming company
• Experience owning or running an MMP or attribution setup (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch or similar) and at least one incrementality or holdout test
• Business fluent: unit economics, growth levers and ROI
• Proactive, hands-on, and genuinely AI-native

Required skills

• Data native: fluent SQL, Snowflake (or similar), Looker, Mode, Tableau or equivalent
• Marketing attribution: SKAdNetwork, lookback windows, deep linking
• Statistical evaluation of experiments
• Python or R is a plus
