Head of Product – Remote SaaS Startup

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Product to lead the product function of a fast‑growing, AI‑native SaaS startup that provides a partner relationship management platform. This is a full‑time, 100% remote contractor position reporting directly to the CTO and working with teams across engineering, design, sales and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap across all product areas.
• Lead, mentor and expand a team of Product Managers.
• Partner with leadership to define product strategy, priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Drive alignment with Design, Sales and Customer Success.
• Conduct customer discovery, user research and competitive analysis.
• Define, track and report on product KPIs such as adoption, retention and feature impact.
• Oversee sprint planning and product release processes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least 4 years of experience leading product managers.
• Proven track record of shipping products that generate measurable business impact.
• Experience with enterprise software, platform products, integrations and workflow automation.
• Strong product strategy, execution and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Portuguese is a plus.
