Head of Retail Planning

About the role

The Head of Retail Planning will lead the planning process for Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) channels, including e‑commerce, FPS and FOC, ensuring commercial, operational and financial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the planning process for DTC sales channels, aligning with sales, margin and inventory goals.
• Develop seasonal purchase and sales plans for each DTC channel to meet defined targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and turnover across e‑commerce, FPS and FOC to support sales and margin objectives.
• Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margin, store deliveries, stock transfers, campaign launches and events are achieved.
• Validate stock transfers between channels and implement pricing actions to maximize collection sales while protecting margin.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in purchase planning, commercial strategy or retail sales.
• Proven ability to manage commercial planning KPIs and drive sales performance.
• Experience creating purchase, sales and inventory plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Power Point for presentations.
