Head of Sales - SaaS Startup

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale the revenue engine of a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company. This senior, remote position will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build repeatable sales processes, and drive aggressive growth while staying close to customers during key deals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall sales strategy, target markets, and ideal customer profiles.
• Set revenue goals, forecasting methods, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the full sales funnel, from prospecting to closed‑won deals, and personally engage in high‑value opportunities.
• Improve outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, partnerships, and referrals to ensure consistent pipeline coverage.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage future sales hires, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Develop sales playbooks, training programs, and coaching frameworks.
• Build relationships with senior executives and partnership leaders to gather market insights.

Required profile

• Proven track record building outbound sales motions and closing complex B2B SaaS deals.
• Experience leading and scaling high‑performing sales organizations in fast‑paced startup environments.
