HR Business Partner (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team on a fully remote basis. You will act as a strategic advisor to business units, helping shape people strategies that drive retention, compliance, and employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Hold regular meetings with business units and management to provide HR guidance.
• Analyze turnover trends and develop programs to improve retention.
• Monitor and apply legal requirements for employee management, focusing on risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and communicate HR policies to stakeholders.
• Resolve complex employee‑related issues.
• Support international employees with expatriation assignments and related HR matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR Business Partner or similar HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in the IT sector or regional HR responsibility is a plus.
