iGaming Content Manager – Peru

About the role

North Star Network is seeking a Content Manager for the Peruvian market to lead the planning, production, and optimisation of SEO‑driven content for its digital sports and betting platforms. The role owns the editorial roadmap, ensuring content meets business goals, audience expectations and SEO best practices. You will work closely with SEO specialists, editors and writers, and may supervise junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage content production according to the editorial calendar and SEO priorities.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Create detailed content briefs that include target keywords, structure and tone of voice.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of articles, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Coordinate and review the work of assigned writers or junior content managers.
• Regularly update and optimise existing articles to improve rankings and user experience.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and propose improvement actions.
• Ensure internal linking, metadata and formatting follow best practices.
• Collaborate with SEO, product and business teams to align content with acquisition and monetisation goals.
• Participate in content review sessions and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Manager in the iGaming sector.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a fully remote, multicultural environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and editorial judgment.
