Industrial Process Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Delivery Engineer to lead the deployment of AI‑powered industrial software across manufacturing sites in the Americas. This remote, customer‑facing position bridges plant operations, automation, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation, commissioning, and start‑up of optimization solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑site implementation, testing, commissioning, and start‑up activities at customer plants.
• Validate industrial connectivity, communications, signals, and data availability required for software deployment.
• Coordinate functional and technical testing with automation, maintenance, IT/OT, and engineering teams.
• Document implementation progress, configuration changes, technical issues, and project milestones.
• Collect operational data and feedback to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customer training and facilitate knowledge transfer to maintenance and success teams.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent technical background in Industrial, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience delivering industrial technology, automation, commissioning, or start‑up projects in manufacturing environments.
• Hands‑on experience working directly on industrial plant sites throughout project phases.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, instrumentation, and IT/OT environments.
