IT Business Partner – Enterprise Applications & Infrastructure

About the role

Midea Group is seeking an IT Business Partner to own the local IT function in Peru. You will be responsible for enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with global IT standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, enhancement, and daily support of enterprise applications such as ERP (IBOS & Oracle EBS), WMS, and finance systems.
• Act as the primary IT liaison for Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, After‑Sales, and HR departments.
• Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Coordinate solution design, issue resolution, UAT, user training, and go‑live activities with regional and HQ teams.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support and monitor system performance.
• Ensure all local IT infrastructure complies with Midea Global architecture and cybersecurity policies.
• Manage network, internet connectivity, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, cloud services, printers, meeting‑room equipment, and end‑user devices.
• Deliver daily help‑desk support for ~30 employees and oversee external service providers.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing, hardware lifecycle, and procurement processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, including ERP and WMS environments.
• Proven ability to support end‑users and manage IT infrastructure in a multinational setting.
