IT Helpdesk Specialist – Microsoft 365 & Windows Endpoint Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide first‑line support for Windows 10/11 endpoints and Microsoft 365 applications in a fully Microsoft environment. You will work on‑site in San Isidro, supporting U.S. users during their business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10/11 endpoint issues for U.S.-based end users.
• Provide hands‑on support for Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage and support devices through Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a clean knowledge base.
• Escalate complex problems appropriately while owning first‑line resolution.

Required profile

• 3+ years recent, hands‑on IT helpdesk or technical support experience in a corporate setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency troubleshooting Windows 10/11 endpoints.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Entra ID (strongly preferred).
• English fluency (B2‑C1) with clear written and verbal communication.
• Stable work history (no more than 3 employers in the last 3 years).
• Ability to work on‑site in San Isidro during U.S. business hours.
