IT Support Analyst – Fluent English Required

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst who is fluent in English to provide on‑site technical assistance to our users. The role involves handling daily IT needs, from hardware setup to troubleshooting connectivity and software issues, while delivering friendly and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support to end users.
• Set up, configure, and validate laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Assist with the delivery and installation of work equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows, internet, Wi‑Fi, corporate email, VPN, antivirus and common productivity tools.
• Handle password resets and basic access requests.
• Check LAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity and document handled cases.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams.
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish when needed.

Required profile

• Technical or university studies in Systems, IT, Networking, Technical Support or related fields.
• Experience in end‑user technical support.
• Advanced, fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong customer‑service attitude, punctuality and organized work style.
