IT Support Associate (Platform & Cloud)

About the role

PCI Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated IT Support Associate to join its growing team in Peru. This junior position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience supporting end‑users, onboarding new employees, and maintaining office technology while working closely with local and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting efficiently.
• Lead technical setup for new hires, including hardware provisioning, account creation, and IT orientation.
• Monitor and maintain workstations, peripherals, and basic networking equipment in the office.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory records and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects, gaining exposure to system administration and infrastructure tasks.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in an IT support or technical customer‑service role.
• A degree or technical certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• A growth mindset with a desire to learn as the company scales.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking concepts.
