IT Support Technician – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

About the role

Bradken is seeking a bilingual IT Support Technician to provide hands‑on assistance across its IT systems and business applications. You will work closely with IT specialists, systems analysts and business users to keep technology services running smoothly and ensure users receive timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, triage and resolve incidents and service requests for business applications and IT systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for end‑user technical assistance and day‑to‑day service requests.
• Perform routine system administration tasks such as access management, configuration changes and software licence allocation.
• Participate in testing, peer reviews and quality‑assurance activities for system changes and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation, support records and knowledge‑base articles.
• Identify potential issues proactively and collaborate with technical specialists to support IT projects.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or a related field.
• Experience in a service‑desk or application‑support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using a structured approach.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
