About the role
Infosys is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join its Lima delivery team. You will work on telecom‑focused projects, delivering high‑quality backend solutions using modern Java technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot, RESTful services, JDBC and Hibernate.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment and production support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Contribute to architectural reviews and design discussions.
- Provide performance engineering and support for production incidents.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 6 years of hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, JDBC and Hibernate.
- Proven experience in project lifecycle activities and agile delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a global delivery model.
- Experience in the telecom domain is preferred.
- Advanced level of English.
