About the role
Encora Inc. is looking for a seasoned Java Technical Lead to drive both technical and functional development teams. You will shape backend architecture, ensure high‑quality delivery, and collaborate on frontend and mobile initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical and functional development teams, promoting best practices and solution quality.
- Design and develop backend services using Java 17+ and Quarkus.
- Define and apply modern architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture and Hexagonal Architecture.
- Contribute to frontend design with React.js and support mobile development using React Native.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience with proven technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Java 17+ and Quarkus.
- Familiarity with React.js, React Native, and mobile solution development.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Python web frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
