Junior Team Lead – Healthcare Support

About the role

Third Way Health is seeking a Junior Team Lead to manage a diverse group of medical providers and patient support agents in Lima. You will help improve the healthcare experience for thousands of U.S. patients and providers by overseeing inquiries such as claims status, provider disputes, and insurance eligibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and schedule a multicultural team of support agents.
• Allocate resources to meet practice and patient needs efficiently.
• Set performance goals, monitor metrics, and ensure quality standards.
• Measure member and provider satisfaction and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and job aids.
• Coordinate training, forecasting, peer appraisal, and recognition programs.

Required profile

• University or associate degree.
• Experience in BPO environments, preferably in U.S. healthcare.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level preferred).
• Strong communication, active listening, and empathetic attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
