Key Account Executive

About the role

The Key Account Executive will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial strategies for assigned client accounts. Working closely with distributors and sales promoters, the role aims to drive profitable net sales growth while enhancing market share and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic plans for assigned accounts, identifying market opportunities and providing actionable insights.
• Maintain long‑term commercial relationships with key stakeholders and buyers, leading negotiations to secure agreements.
• Oversee distributor sales forces, manage accounts receivable, and ensure adequate inventory across accounts.
• Define promotional objectives, execute point‑of‑sale plans, and adjust pricing behavior as needed.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets, negotiate deflator allocations, and monitor budget compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles within indirect channels.
• Strong results orientation, ability to work independently in high‑performance environments.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of sales supervision, market research and commercial processes.
