About the role
The Key Account Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations, management, and strategic growth of PayJoy’s most important commercial partners nationwide. You will engage with all levels of partner organizations, oversee marketing initiatives, optimise sales performance, and ensure the smooth operation of partner kiosks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, manage and implement strategic plans to grow new and existing key accounts.
- Build and maintain trusted, long‑lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, track KPIs and meet revenue targets for strategic accounts.
- Design go‑to‑market strategies, identify partner pain points and drive improvement plans.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, influence cross‑functional projects and drive integrated business initiatives.
- Analyse market data to uncover partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience growing key accounts and achieving revenue targets, especially with top‑tier clients.
- Proven experience leading and managing high‑performance sales teams.
- Strong understanding of local market trends and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Data‑driven decision‑making ability with strong analytical capabilities.
