Key Account Manager

About the role

Llamafood is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to join its fast‑growing delivery team in Lima. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility, focusing on expanding and nurturing relationships with strategic partners, large clients, and key vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse account performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and present business plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Coordinate cross‑functional campaigns with operations, marketing, and finance to boost order volume and customer satisfaction.
• Manage contract follow‑up, resolve operational issues, and ensure service quality.
• Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and support regional expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or key‑account roles, preferably in delivery, e‑commerce, retail or FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, business‑planning and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work setup in Lima and capable of self‑management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or account‑management platforms.
