About the role

You will be responsible for leading the commercial relationship with key modern‑trade accounts, developing and implementing strategic business plans focused on sales growth, market share, and profitability. The role requires close collaboration with internal functions to ensure seamless in‑store execution and long‑term partnership building.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture broad relationships with consumers and clients at all levels, with a focus on strategic key accounts.
• Execute client‑specific growth strategies and ensure achievement of the Joint Business Plan (JCBP).
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional plans, and trade conditions with customers.
• Optimize resource utilization to increase operational profitability.
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management to guarantee flawless in‑store execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Mondelēz and the customer, building trust‑based, long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management experience in modern trade within the CPG/FMCG industry.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial plans.
• Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills at a senior level.
• Results‑driven orientation, capable of working under pressure to meet ambitious targets.
• Collaborative leadership with experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Passion for consumer goods and deep understanding of modern retail dynamics.
