Key Account Manager Online Sales

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Online Sales will drive growth for existing customers and acquire new business across digital channels. You will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle online, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and delivering on weekly and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage products throughout the online channel lifecycle, collaborating with Targeting, SCM, Marketing, Pricing, and Assortment teams.
• Achieve weekly and monthly forecasts, sell‑in, sell‑out, and inventory targets for each assigned channel.
• Develop and implement differentiated strategies such as bundles, cross‑promotions, omnichannel initiatives, payment methods, redemption programs, and loyalty schemes.
• Define SKU mix per category and channel to maximize display share, sales, and market share.
• Coordinate action plans with the Product Management team to expand online reach and potential.
• Partner with Marketplace/EPP teams to align online business strategy with sell‑out objectives.
• Prepare full‑funnel sales reports, tracking progress and forecasting future performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in online sales, preferably within technology or consumer electronics.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
