Lead Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Developer to champion clean, reusable code and drive best‑practice adoption across our remote software consulting teams. In this senior position you will guide projects from ideation through production while ensuring high‑quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain clean, reusable code using Test‑Driven Development, pair programming, and design patterns.
• Oversee the full software delivery lifecycle, from concept to production deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teammates to build features that meet UX specifications and best‑practice standards.
• Mentor junior developers and promote continuous improvement within the team.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Python and Kafka.
• Experience with Thought Machine or Core Bancarios 4ta Generación platforms.
• Proficiency in delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, and Agile methodologies.
