Lead, Product Mastery & Enablement

About the role

The Lead, Product Mastery & Enablement will design and deliver role‑specific education that equips Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Success teams with deep fluency in the company’s SaaS, BaaS, PaaS and Premium Finance offerings. This individual contributor role combines strategic framework creation with hands‑on training delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders (COO, VP of Sales Enablement, VP of SaaS Products, EVP of Sales, Knowledge Team) to design a company‑wide Product Mastery framework.
• Define fluency standards, certification pathways, and mastery benchmarks for each role and level.
• Create and deliver role‑based enablement programs covering industry context, product positioning, value articulation, objection handling, and solution positioning.
• Develop scenario‑based training for both transactional and complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally without direct authority to build scalable enablement systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales enablement, product training, or similar functions within a multi‑product SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex product ecosystems into clear, actionable learning experiences.
• Excellent collaboration skills with senior stakeholders across product, sales, operations, and client success.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of SaaS, BaaS, PaaS, and Premium Finance product lines.
• Experience designing certification programs and mastery frameworks.
• Ability to create scenario‑based training and objection‑handling modules.
