Lead Recruiter – International High‑Volume Recruitment

About the role

Abilitas Employment is seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to drive international high‑volume hiring for the European market. The role combines hands‑on candidate sourcing and placement with leadership of a small recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Personally source, screen and place a high volume of candidates each month across construction, meat processing, warehousing and transport sectors.
• Lead, coach and coordinate a small team of recruiters to meet monthly placement targets.
• Build and continuously improve international candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor recruiter KPIs, conversion rates and placement performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with management and clients to understand workforce requirements and manage recruitment campaigns from sourcing to placement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional recruitment experience, with proven international high‑volume results.
• Hands‑on experience leading a small recruitment team and owning team KPIs.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational, target‑oriented and independent work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and modern sourcing platforms.
• Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and candidate research abilities.
• Experience analysing recruitment data, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled recruitment tools and automation technologies.
