Legal Officer – English‑speaking (Peru)

About the role
Law Hero, a commercial law firm operating in Laos and Myanmar, is expanding into Peru. We are seeking an English‑speaking Legal Officer to support client projects across Peru and other jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare letters of legal advice and other legal memoranda.
- Draft commercial contracts and related documentation.
- Assist with company incorporation and corporate secretary tasks.
- Conduct legal research on relevant topics.
- Produce legal publications and support business‑development initiatives.
Required profile
- Law degree with admission to practice law in Peru.
- Experience in company incorporation.
- Minimum one year of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
