Logistics Analyst – 3PL & Carrier Management

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Logistics Analyst to bridge logistics strategy and execution for our operations in Lima. You will manage 3PL operators and carrier networks, drive cost‑reduction projects and support sustainability initiatives across warehousing, distribution and co‑packing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee performance of 3PL providers and transportation carriers, conduct regular reviews and prioritize daily tasks to meet network goals.
• Monitor, analyze and control logistics costs; track key performance indicators and present data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
• Lead quality and compliance audits, prepare corporate reports and ensure standards for OEA certification.
• Identify and execute Lean‑based process improvements and cost‑reduction projects.
• Champion environmental sustainability initiatives and update standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations or 3PL management.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
