Logistics Coordinator – Lima

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation for a specific customer account within our Business Process Outsourcing portfolio. You will oversee loads from planning through delivery, work directly with carriers, and make real‑time decisions on cost, risk, and service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end logistics services for assigned customers, from load planning to final delivery.
• Select and route tenders to carriers according to routing guides, ensuring coverage for all loads.
• Track load execution against milestones, identify risks, and propose proactive solutions.
• Analyze service and cost implications to guide load sequencing, rate negotiation, and carrier selection.
• Own significant freight spend and make decisions that impact freight cost for customers.

Required profile

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience (2+ years).
• Experience with supply chain software such as e2open suite, JDA, SAP, Oracle, MercuryGate, or PINC.
• Knowledge of transportation across all modes, including HOS regulations and equipment constraints.
• Advanced computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer‑facing or supplier‑management experience preferred.
