Manager, Small Business Value Proposition

About the role

The Small Business Value Proposition Manager will lead the development and implementation of Scotiabank Peru's value proposition for small‑business customers. Reporting to the Business Line Retail Banking, the role ensures that strategies, plans, and initiatives align with corporate goals, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a customer‑focused culture across the bank to deepen client relationships.
• Support profitable growth of the Small Business P&L in Peru.
• Design and deliver value‑proposition strategies and service models that drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with regional partners to create operational flows, communications, and differentiated offers.
• Drive continuous improvement of product mix and omnichannel service delivery.
• Generate segmentation criteria and coordinate sales and service models with country and head‑office teams.
• Evaluate enhancements to the value proposition and standardize segment strategies across countries.
• Contribute to loyalty‑program development and digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in business banking, product development, or process re‑engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across geographies.
• Results‑oriented with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude.
• Strategic thinker with strong diagnostic and consensus‑building abilities.
