Manager, Small Business Value Proposition

About the role

The Small Business Value Proposition Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of Scotiabank Peru's value proposition for small‑business customers. This role ensures that strategies, plans, and initiatives align with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal policies while driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a customer‑focused culture across the bank to deepen client relationships.
• Support the profitable growth of the Small Business P&L in Peru.
• Lead the delivery of value‑proposition strategies and service models that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to design operational flows, communications, and differentiated experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement of product mix and omnichannel service delivery.
• Generate segmentation criteria, sales, and service models in coordination with regional and head‑office teams.
• Evaluate enhancements to the value proposition and standardize segment strategies across countries.
• Contribute to loyalty‑program development and digital‑transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in business banking, product development, or process re‑engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across geographies.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude.
• Strategic thinker capable of evaluating complex problems and building consensus.
